Return & Refund Policy

At Fusion Mineral Paint EU, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of paint and related finishes, and to maintain high safety and quality standards, we kindly ask that customers choose carefully before placing an order.

However, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, you are entitled to certain rights outlined below.


Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day window by emailing hello@fusionmineralpaint.eu with your order number and intent to return.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  1. The item(s) are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging

  2. The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  3. The return is sent back within 14 days of your notice to withdraw

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the eligible product(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  1. Products that have been opened or used

  2. Items returned outside of the legal return period

These restrictions are in place due to the nature of our products and applicable hygiene, safety, and quality preservation standards.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fusionmineralpaint.eu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
